uh, aren't they in the playoff hunt? HELLO?!

Manager John McLaren said Wednesday that Horacio Ramirez will remain in the Mariners' rotation despite a 7.38 ERA. "What we're looking for is a location of the fastball and a differential of the fastball and changeup," McLaren said. "He's pitched some good games for us. We haven't given up on him. I know a lot of people are down on him. He still believes in himself."

Maybe they would take Adam Eaton off our hands?

I bet his mother believes in him too.

But you know, you pinhead stats guys with your fancy e.r.a. don't realize it's just a matter of a little depth in his change up and that's easy to fix. I mean, we would have fixed it already, but we've been busy fixing Richie Sexson and solving the credit crisis that's driving the stock market into a fox hole full of squirrels.

Horacio, or as I call him "Ho" is a fantastic competitor and although he's pitched like a bitch so far he is our best bet over the last 7 weeks of the season because he has the stuff and the stamina and the demeanor to turn this thing around. We aren't dealing with robots here you know, these are actual people.
