Couple Terrorized, Assaulted and Arrested For Flying an Upside Down U.S. Flag
Perhaps the Buncombe County, NC police will go after dis guy* next, who really did deface the flag:
TITLE 4 > CHAPTER 1 > § 8§ 8. Respect for flag(g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
*My bad, of course, when the pRezzziDUNCE does it, it isn't a crime.
