That's a lot of sucking.

Not sure why he was released - he did exactly what he's been doing for years: SUCK. Did GM J.P. Ricciardi think he was suddenly going to turn into Derek Jeter?

The Blue Jays will designate SS Royce Clayton for assignment.

WTP is RCAA?

RCAA (runs created above average): the difference between a player’s RC total and the total for an average player who used the same amount of his team’s outs (and is park adjusted).

Or, in your case, take the number of runs and divide by the wickets, then multiply by the number of googlys and add the time spent having tea and scooping up the horse poop, plus all of the zooters, obviously, and adjust for the pitch surface and featherbedding. Finally, divide by pi and add one.

Also, hitters like Royce Clayton are known as ferrets.

I still confused - you baseball folk literally $#!+ out stat ideas every day. Suffice it to say, he's played a long time while sucking. Which means he must be a good fielder. Were all these guys good fielders? Coz then you could also figure in their fielding stats vs the average person to see how many runs they saved (Runs Destroyed?) to bring down the number.

Sounds like you're getting the hang of it.
