Only Da Mare is allowed to mess up da lake by temporarily reversing da flow of Da Chicago River when we get too much of da rain, sending da sewage into da lake. Milwaukee's not allowed to do da same, as it would mess up da beaches for da citizens. Since 1000 times more mercury gets into da lake thru da air produced by da steel & coal plants, mebbe BP should consider pumping da stuff into da air, making everyone happy.
