U.S. District of Massachusetts federal bankruptcy Judge Robert Somma, who tried to rescind his resignation tendered after a drunk driving arrest, will not return to the bench. Somma was arrested Feb. 6, while wearing a cocktail dress and high heels, according to Associated Press reports.
