The freewheeling consortium blog about baseball, still hating George Bush, the weather, Chicago, live-blogging the End Times, the Chicago hot dog (NO KETCHUP!), inane rambling, and forever and always hating George Bush. ~ "Baseball is more than a game to me, it's a religion." -- Bill Klem, umpire. ~ "They're really behind ya around here..." -- Lee Elia, former manager ~

Loss of life in Iraq? Who gives a phokk about dat?
If blowing the dam up would help, dat we could do. If we blow it up now then it won't collapse later. There, problem solved.
The largest dam in Iraq is at risk of an imminent collapse that could unleash a 20m (65ft) wave of water on Mosul, a city of 1.7m people...
Suckers.
I would hasten to add that Saddam was a bad, bad man.
