Don't they have a hand-picked judge there that would decide this for them? Fung? You know, A HUMUNGOUS ASSHOLE like Scalia? There must be one...or we could just send Antonin over there and let him decide for them (Mugabe), and then he could say, "This is isn't a political decision."
