You just don't understand how these things work. By parking where he did a cop had to give him a ticket and get the car booted. If the cop hadn't written the ticket and called in to get the car booted the cop would have been somewhere else at that time. And if cops there are anything like the ones here that car saved some 100 pound woman bartender from being beaten to a pulp by that cop. So yes Jebus saved.
