I guess that would be the 22 percent who approve of Bush, plus about 9 percent who communicate with the spirit of Reagan through tin hats, agree with John Coleman about global warming, or are just bitter about that humiliating extra-terrestrial rectal probing (though undoubtedly there's some overlap here).
