They so need it too. Me thinks a good chunk of the problems Zimbabwe has are PR related - things there ain't as bad as they're made out to be (they're bad, no question), there's other places that are worse off, but you don't hear about them coz they either have oil or no white people, so absolutely no strategic interest on the part of the west, and Zimbabwe needs to counter some of the crap the West puts out just to distract from the problems here. They're just not PR experts, so they come out saying the crap I posted earlier about western observers for the election. They're being outmanoevered in the PR war, and they recognise that's where they need to fight. They just can't find anyone. And that's probably because nobody's sure they'll pay.
