Chicago:
Sunday... Windy. Mostly sunny. Very cold. Highs 3 to 7 above. Lowest wind chill readings 25 below to 35 below zero in the morning. Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph at times until late afternoon decreasing to 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph at times late in the afternoon. S#i+ freezing up. Locusts (frozen). Cats and dogs frozen together. And the kicker is: you're frozen and dead.
