That looks pretty shady, but do they pay out?
Well, no, because they win all the money because they pull all the strings. Therefore they KEEP the money. Which is worse.
Ok, makes sense, but at least someone is getting the money. Decker sort of acts the same way though - but instead of cheating, he just keeps it.
