Pastor Hagee "apologizes" for anti-Catholic remarks (AP)
In a letter to William Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Civil and Religious Rights, Hagee wrote: "Out of a desire to advance a greater unity among Catholics and evangelicals in promoting the common good, I want to express my deep regret for any comments that Catholics have found hurtful."
Ah yes, one of those non-apology apologies. You know, one which doesn't say "I apologize" or "I am sorry" but does say, "If anyone may have been offended." aka a bulls#i+ apology.
Of course, Bill "The Great Whore" Donohue sucked it up like a sale on sacramental wine.
And as long as you're a Catholic who believes in reproductive rights, evolution or is gay, you're still going to burn in hell for all eternity. There won't even be a non-apology for those sins. And no need to for any Republicans to fret over those comments, since they're basically the party platform.

Though this shouldn't affect the coming Rapture in any way. Armageddon? Come on down!

I don't see why he should have to apologize for anything -- it's all right there in Revelation 17! Is God apologizing for Revelation 17? I don't phink so.
So he was right to phrase it as "I'm sorry if your feelings got hurt when you didn't get what I meant but maybe you'll figger it out before the Antichrist devours you."
