Who's Dumber: Our Guy or Smiff's Guy
Dempster had one bad outing, and all of the sudden two Chicago papers are reporting that Guzman is being groomed to take over closing duties. That’s right, Guzman, a youngster with starting caliber stuff who looked strong after moving to the rotation, is going to replace Dempster, who’s blown one save and looked dominant for the most part this year. It’s almost as if Piniella and Phillies manager Charlie Manuel were dared to compete in a pitching stupid-off. There’s no other logical explanation for this.– rotoworld

I'm going to have to go with Smiff's guy by a nose, because let's face it, screwing up Brett Myers' shoulder was pretty classic.
I mean, as far as we know, Lou hasn't had a pitcher walk off the mound screaming and holding his shoulder yet and then disappearing for a couple weeks where nothing is heard from him.
But only by a nose...the Dumpster thing, let's take a decent reliever and make him a suck starter and let's take a decent young starter and make him a reliever where we'll get less value out of him is pretty funny.
And the Cubs are pretty funny.
So funny, it hurts.
My guy by a mile. He can't even speak english. Plus, Lou has won a series, and it was over La Russa.
Lou hasn't had a pitcher walk off the mound screaming and holding his shoulder yet and then disappearing for a couple weeks where nothing is heard from him.
But he has had a starting walk off the mound and wring the catcher's neck, we'll see about the nothing is heard from in two weeks part.
