Italian call to use less English
First the French (phokks - some other ed I read earlier) and now the Italians (oh, there's so many you can put here, I can't choose) want to preserve the "purity" of their language by preventing changes coming from a language that derives largely from theirs. Language evolves, it always has, it always will. Trying to freeze it in time will ultimately freeze them in time too. Which I suppose is fine, we like going to Yurup to see old stuff so why not force it to keep it authentic, I mean al dente?
Ciao.
