The freewheeling consortium blog about baseball, still hating George Bush, the weather, Chicago, live-blogging the End Times, the Chicago hot dog (NO KETCHUP!), inane rambling, and forever and always hating George Bush. ~ "Baseball is more than a game to me, it's a religion." -- Bill Klem, umpire. ~ "They're really behind ya around here..." -- Lee Elia, former manager ~

Maybe I'm just dense, but what did she mean with "innit?"
isn't it
So she was saying "cab, isn't it."? That's just retarded.
Well, it's a colloquialism, like saying I want a cab, right. Or I want a cab, see. So it was probably a legitimate thing to say, but only when talking to your chums, or your mates. When talking to someone you don't know on the other hand, you would normalize your English - but this lass didn't.
Of course, all this 'xplaining means the joke's lost on you Yankees...
