The freewheeling consortium blog about baseball, still hating George Bush, the weather, Chicago, live-blogging the End Times, the Chicago hot dog (NO KETCHUP!), inane rambling, and forever and always hating George Bush. ~ "Baseball is more than a game to me, it's a religion." -- Bill Klem, umpire. ~ "They're really behind ya around here..." -- Lee Elia, former manager ~

I see the goat curse also applies to college football.
How was the field laid out when the Bears played there? And why didn't they use the same configuration?
And do they know the conference has more than 10 teams?
When da Bears played deres, da end zone wasn't even ten yards deep. You din't hear nobody whining when dere flimsy helmets smashed inta da wall and gray stuff started to ooze all over da place, cuz dat was FOOTBALL.
