Good old [Warriors coach] Don Nelson. Anthony Morrow didn't play in an overtime loss to the Heat. You never know with Nelson, but I'd release him in shallow leagues. [So would Smiff.]

The freewheeling consortium blog about baseball, still hating George Bush, the weather, Chicago, live-blogging the End Times, the Chicago hot dog (NO KETCHUP!), inane rambling, and forever and always hating George Bush. ~ "Baseball is more than a game to me, it's a religion." -- Bill Klem, umpire. ~ "They're really behind ya around here..." -- Lee Elia, former manager ~

Who's in first place?
We are!
Funny...
Oh yeah: "No Title" Nelly? Brain DEAD. He's been a coach in the league SINCE IT WAS FOUNDED in 1847, and yet has won ZERO tiles. His team is 5-15 and AIN'T gonna get a sniff of the playoffs. He plays Morrow and in his first two games scores 37 and 26 points. What is his reward? Dwindling starting minutes and then the bench. Because the downside of him playing is what? The team has a .250 W% Why not see if the guy can play and if he's someone you can build a team around. Crazy? Well, i've won as many titles as Nelly.
Yeah, but you're back in first now.
