Does this mean we can start using the money to pay for reconstruction? And for keeping our boys there? And Blackwater's? And Halliburton's?

Then why are gas prices so phokking high? Wasn't the whole point of the war to get our hands on a HYOOOGE supply of oil and exploit it? But the Bush cronies raised gas prices anyway, laughing all the way to the bank an infinity of times? I am truly, amazingly, shockingly (not) SHOCKED!
