If you didn't have enuff reasons to HATE him...
... News item: Blago names street for Cubs GM weeks after getting SWEPT out of the playoffs. Meanwhile, White Sox GM Kenny boy, who at least has a World(?) Series title for his troubles, is still waiting for an honorary street.
You know - Fung makes a really good point. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Kenny Williams is actually, and seriously, friends with Obama. And doesn't Blago hate Obama for stealing "his" limelight?
There must be A LOT of pizza joints on dat street.
ReplyDeleteHey, is there a street named for Roland Burris yet? There should be. Just call it Trailblazer Avenue.

ReplyDeleteI liked this post.
One also has to wonder how much the Cubs and or their GM "donated" to Blago for this "honor".
