John McKay, who represented the Riverside County-based California Lutheran High School, said the ruling correctly acknowledged that the school's purpose was to "teach Christian values in a Christian setting pursuant to a Christian code of conduct."

This is a cowardly decision by the court and a cowardly decision by the school. If they seek a real Christian setting, they should expel everyone not meeting a strict Christian code of conduct and follow all the prescriptions of the Old Testament. Good luck with stoning your students.
