Isn't it time clowns were outlawed?
A British clown who was denied liability insurance because his act including the blowing of bubbles, which children could slip on, after which he was told that he shouldn't tie balloons into the shape of swords because it might encourage violence among children, has now been told to avoid balloons completely because of the potential for latex allergies.
Assclowns shouldn't be outlawed.
