"On a recent trip to Boston, there were numerous signs on the highways saying that driving in the 'breakdown lane' was prohibited. When did shoulders become breakdown lanes, and when can we have shoulders back?"

    Well, there are like 57,000 people in Mt. Prospect so I'm sure I'm not the only one with the initials of JC. I think Jimmy Carter just moved to town.

    I think you can only take things apart in the break down lane.
