Smiff drinks...more?
A new discovery: absinthe. Though at $18 a pop I dare say this indulgence will be few and far between. If you like licorice and lots of alcohol (160 proof!) w/o really tasting it, then this is the drink for you...
It was SOOO yummy! And not too sweet even though it's prepared by having sugar dissolved over it. And the whole production, done at the table was certainly cool. Thanks Smiff!
