If a storm only hits a predominantly non-white area can it really be considered a Category 5? Is the category really significant at all or our we counting loss of vactation propery and attainable resources? Shouldn't we really have our own grading system?

ReplyDeleteCategory 5 storm in a non-white area= cheap land for new condos/townhomes/ranches/developments/retail/duplexes/condos. So the category works for both.
